ALL HAIL THE CHIEFS!

Wednesday's historic win against Bristol provided a fitting end to an amazing season that secures the Chief's promotion to top flight rugby next season.

Carrying a three point advantage from the first leg, the mighty boot of Gareth Steenson helped ensure a final aggregate score of 38-16.

We are absolutely delighted for the entire team (including their tremendous back room staff) as we know who hard they've all worked over the last 12 years to get to this point.

The thought of Premiership rugby now coming to Exeter is truly mouthwatering. So from all of us at Otter, an extremely Well Done.

High profile visitors will now include London Wasps, Harlequins, Bath, Sale and Leicester so attendances next season are likely to rocket - fantastic news for Exeter and for the game in general.

This year we have been delighted to become involved with the Exeter Chiefs and have transformed their outside bar (which has become known as the ‘Wigwam') into Hiawotter's den of iniquity with some inspiring takes on Derek (The Otter) doing his ‘chieftain stuff'. What better combination for a Saturday afternoon - thrilling rugby with a pint of Otter in hand.
